In the name of Allah, most gracious and most merciful
- Jesus, prophet of Allah :
We now return to see Jesus, the prophet of Allah as Bibles speak about him whereas we find in (Mathew 21:11) “So the multitudes said, "This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee."
,(John 6:14) “14 Then those men, when they had seen the sign that Jesus did, said, "This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world."
, (Luke 13:33-34) “33 Nevertheless I must journey today, tomorrow, and the day following; for it cannot be that a prophet should perish outside of Jerusalem. 34 " "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing! ”
Jesus describes himself as a prophet and that his willingness is not a willingness of God because he did not able to gather the sons of Jerusalem and if he is God such matter would not be difficult for him because
"فَعَّالٌ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ "
“He does what He intends (or wills).(16)” (surah Al-Burooj )
whereas he says (Luke 33:34) because Israelis killed many of their prophets, as if he says: You would like to kill me as you killed the ones who preceded me. Here he speaks to the community and he intends its inhabitants. Saying that he is a prophet makes it necessary for christians saying that he was killed in Jerusalem whereas he called it "Killer of prophets" but not saying "Killer of God" and that the two pupils described him as prophet humanbeing while they did not know him.
If he is a God, he would have denied such description and would explain to them that he is a God & not a prophet. In the Bible (Luke 24:15-19) “Jesus of Nazareth, who was a Prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people,”
when he asked them about the matters that happened in Jerusalem (So they said... Jesus of Nazareth, who was a Prophet mighty in deed) and also not denied the saying of Samaritan women stated in Bible (John 4:19) “The woman said to Him, "Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet. “ and when the blind was asked how his eyes opened, he replied by saying in Bible (John 9:11) “He answered and said, "A Man called Jesus made clay and anointed my eyes and said to me, 'Go to the pool of “ .
The pharisees were fighting Jesus because he was doing charitable deeds in Saturday so they denied his prophethood. In (Luke 7:13-16) “Then fear came upon all, and they glorified God, saying, "A great prophet has risen up among us"; and, "God has visited His people.” And in Bible of (John 7:52) “They answered and said to him, "Are you also from Galilee? Search and look, for no prophet has arisen out of Galilee."
we find the saying of {pharisees to Nicodemus "you might...} therefore, we see that the pharisees were exerting an efforts to deny the prophethood of Jesus peace be upon him. If he was a God, then the charge description would have changed.
The blind who got his eye sight
at hand of Jesus was presented hoping to contest him but he replied as same as stated in the Bible of (John 9:15,17). “hey said to the blind man again, "What do you say about Him because He opened your eyes?" He said, "He is a prophet." “
So , if the public, pupils, women & blind say that he is a prophet and Jesus himself confirms that he is "Prophet, and his enemies try to deny his prophethood, is it permissible to say that he is a God or third of God ? also, is it permissible to leave the express certain meaning & its interpretation & to belive other contrary meaning. The Jewish, among whom Jesus rised, were not considering Jesus more than a human being who alleges the prophethood. So, when they conspired against him, they were afraid of people who respect him as a messenger prophet.
See the Bible of (Mathew 21 : 46) “ But when they sought to lay hands on Him, they feared the multitudes, because they took Him for a prophet.”.
For more proof see (Mathew 13:54-58) “So they were offended at Him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house."
and (Mark 6: ) “1 Then He went out from there and came to His own country, and His disciples followed Him. 2 And when the Sabbath had come, He began to teach in the synagogue. And many hearing Him were astonished, saying, "Where did this Man get these things? And what wisdom is this which is given to Him, that such mighty works are performed by His hands! 3 " Is this not the carpenter, the Son of Mary, and brother of James, Joses, Judas, and Simon? And are not His sisters here with us?" And they were offended at Him. 4 But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country, among his own relatives, and in his own house." 5 Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. ”
If Jesus was a God or son fo Allah, he would be able to make miracles irrespective of their bad receiving him & his being psychologically affected by same. Also, it is said in (Mathew 21). " 10 And when He had come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, "Who is this?" 11 So the multitudes said, "This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee."”
This is the testimony of witnesses who saw him and witnessed his mircales and no one of them said that he is a God or son of Allah. Moreover, we find in (Luke 7) “11 Now it happened, the day after, that He went into a city called Nain; and many of His disciples went with Him, and a large crowd. 12 And when He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother; and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the city was with her. 13 When the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her and said to her, "Do not weep." 14 Then He came and touched the open coffin, and those who carried him stood still. And He said, "Young man, I say to you, arise." 15 So he who was dead sat up and began to speak. And He presented him to his mother. 16 Then fear came upon all, and they glorified God, saying, "A great prophet has risen up among us"; and, "God has visited His people."”
Jesus enlivened a dead person after prayed for God to give power & support and after making this great mircale by enlivening that dead person, we find that the witnesses of this incident did not lose their minds and say that he is a God or son of Allah but on the contrary they said (In Luke 7) “16 - A great prophet has risen up among us"; and, "God has visited His people."
